Essential Professional Qualification and Experience:

Master’s degree in Psychology.
Specialisation in Guidance and Counselling or Clinical Psychology from a recognised university
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred)

Key Skills/Abilities:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain a calm and patient demeanour when interacting with students.
Empathetic approach in addressing emotional and personal concerns.
Effective listening skills and ability to handle academic, social, and behavioural issues.
