Moments to Cherish: Farewell for Class XII

The farewell party for the outgoing Class XII, Barch 2025-26, was warmly hosted by Class XI students in the school grounds. The programme began with a cordial welcome of the seniors. This was followed by the ceremonial opening and lamp lighting, symbolising hope, wisdom, and new beginnings.

The school Director, Major General Sanjeev Shukla, addressed the students, motivating them to face life with discipline, integrity, and confidence. Ms Priyanka Barara, Principal, blessed the outgoing batch and encouraged them to dream big, remain resilient and pursue excellence while upholding the school’s values.

 A lively band performance and a melodious medley of songs by class Class XI students set a celebratory yet emotional tone. The highlight of the programme was a series of heartfelt speeches reminiscing school memories, friendships, and shared journeys by Head Boy Dev Sharma, Head Girl Mansi Choudhary, Saksham Bidani representing Science Stream, Dhwani Sharma from Humanities, Aarav Gupta from Commerce, and Arshleen Kaur representing the batch of 2025-26. Their words reflected gratitude, nostalgia, and hope for the future.

Speaking on behalf of the staff, Ms Manu Mehra, HOD English, expressed pride in the outgoing batch, acknowledging their growth, achievements, and contributions to school life, and wished them success, courage, and fulfilment in all future endeavours.

The programme was further enriched by mesmerising dance performances presented by the students of Class XI. Their energetic, graceful, and well-coordinated movements reflected enthusiasm, creativity, and expressive choreography, adding colour, joy, and excitement to the farewell celebration and were met with loud applause and appreciation from everyone present.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Vice Principal Ms Jyotsna Grover, acknowledging the efforts of all participants and organisers. Addressing the outgoing students, she offered valuable advice to carry the school’s ethos with pride in every walk of life that integrity, respect, and perseverance. The farewell was a memorable celebration filled with nostalgia, inspiration, and heartfelt good wishes for the Class XII batch.
