Hindi Diwas Celebrations

On the occasion of Hindi Diwas and in commemoration of the constitutional recognition of Hindi as the official language, students of Class XI-F organised a special assembly on 11th September 2025. The program highlighted the significance of Hindi not only as a language but also as a medium of thought, expression, and cultural identity.

The celebration commenced with an invocation to the Almighty, creating a solemn and inspiring atmosphere. This was followed by a heartfelt poem recital, “Hindi Hai Hamare Desh Ki Shaan”, which urged today’s youth to take pride in their mother tongue and uphold its dignity as a symbol of India’s identity. This was followed by a panel discussion on “The Importance of Hindi Language”, wherein students highlighted that in today’s age of science and technology, Hindi continues to serve as a simple, effective, and powerful medium of communication.

The discussion also reflected on how Hindi instills confidence, enhances sensitivity through literature, and showcases India’s cultural richness on global platforms. Students emphasised on the necessity of preserving linguistic diversity in India while ensuring the promotion and respect of Hindi alongside other languages.

The special assembly instilled a sense of pride and awareness about the importance of Hindi as both a national and cultural treasure.
