Class Presentation (Classes I & II)

The students of Classes I & II brought history, culture, and creativity to life through their spectacular class presentation, “Swarnim Bharat: Rising Together, Shining Forever,” held on 22nd February 2025 in the school grounds.

The event commenced with a lamp-lighting ceremony by the Chief Guest, Commander Navneet S. Nagi (Indian Navy, Retd.), an esteemed alumnus of the 1993 batch of Salwan Public School. He also inaugurated a heritage exhibition, which showcased intricately designed models, traditional cuisine, creatively dressed dolls, handicrafts, jewellery, and masks representing India’s diverse states.

The performances were a vibrant tribute to India’s cultural richness, featuring graceful folk dances, a powerful street play on environmental conservation, and an inspiring act by children with special needs, symbolizing inclusivity and resilience. The young achievers of Classes I & II were also felicitated for their dedication and excellence. Principal Smt. Priyanka Barara expressed gratitude to parents and emphasised the role of a nurturing environment in helping children reach their full potential.

The grand finale was a heart-warming and inspiring moment, beginning with a spectacular performance by children with special needs, who showcased their incredible talent and determination. Their performance was met with admiration and applause before all participants joined in, creating a mesmerising display of unity, inclusivity, and national pride. The sight of all students performing together symbolised the essence of “Swarnim Bharat”.

In his address, Commander Nagi appreciated the school’s commitment to holistic education, encouraging students to embrace confidence, creativity, and leadership in their journey ahead. He encouraged the young students to embrace the values of fear, happiness, and creativity in their journey of life. He emphasised that such events shape future leaders by enhancing communication skills, boosting self-expression, and instilling a sense of belonging.

The event left a lasting impact, inspiring young minds to take pride in their heritage and work towards a brighter future.
