Class Presentation (III & IV)

The Classes III & IV presentation, Rangā-Sarasā-Bhāratam (India: A Palette of Colours and Emotions), was held on 15th February 2025 in the school grounds, with great enthusiasm. The event witnessed the presence of distinguished guests and proud parents, creating an atmosphere of celebration and pride.

The programme was graced by the school’s alumni from the 2014 batch – Shri Dhruv Kumar (Marketing Analyst), Ms. Garima Kapoor (Manager – Design and Coordination, DLF), and our special guest, Ms. Nupur Gohri (Analyst, Niti Ayog). The event commenced with the traditional Prayer and Lamp Lighting Ceremony, marking an auspicious start.

Major General Sanjeev Shukla, VSM (Retd.), Director SPSRN, delivered an inspiring welcome address, highlighting the importance of cultural heritage and the role of young minds in preserving and celebrating it. Following his address, Smt Priyanka Barara, Principal shared her thoughts on the importance of holistic education and how such cultural programmes nurture students’ creativity, confidence, and appreciation for India’s rich traditions.

The event showcased the rich diversity of India through vibrant performances by the students, celebrating India’s rich cultural diversity. From the energetic beats of Bhangra and Gidda to the rhythmic grace of Lavani, Bihu, Dandiya, Kathak, and Bharat Natyam, each performance reflected the unique spirit of different regions. The beauty of Jammu and Kashmir was also highlighted through a beautiful performance. A captivating tribute to the beauty of Jammu and Kashmir added to the cultural mosaic. The young performers left the audience mesmerised with their enthusiasm, talent, and confidence.

The young achievers were acknowledged for their accomplishments in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities, acknowledging their hard work and dedication by the distinguished guests. In addition, STEM club projects, developed over the academic year, were showcased, offering parents a glimpse into the students’ creativity and innovation.

In their address to the young students, the distinguished guests commended the efforts of the students and teachers for organising such a memorable event. They encouraged students to continue exploring their talents. The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Smt Rashi Oberoi, Headmistress, expressing gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the programme.

Rangā-Sarasā-Bhāratam stood as a vibrant celebration of India’s cultural heritage and the incredible talent of young learners. It was a reflection of the school’s commitment to nurturing creativity, national pride, and unity, making the event a grand success.
